ADHD Can Be Really Hard.
My Note to Teens & Young Adults
We don’t live in a world built for our brains. So this makes it hard for us to just DO THE THINGS sometimes.
Moving the pile of funky-smelling laundry into the washing machine, which would literally take 10 seconds.
Doing that set of math problems after sitting in classes for 6 hours, barely holding it together.
Just sitting down to “study.” Then being unable to open a book or write a sentence of an essay, not because you don't know how to do it, but because you feel paralyzed to start.
Hearing anything your teacher is saying, because you’re staring out the window, trying to manage a million thoughts all at once.
Dreading deadlines because you're scared you won't be able to meet them.
I have been there.
As someone with ADHD who has helped hundreds of people like you, I got you.
There's a happier and more purposeful life waiting for you. I'm here to coach you to discover your strengths, clarify your goals, and help you get what you want.
