About Me

I'm the Proud Owner of an ADHD Brain

Our ADHD brains can offer profound gifts to the world. Since our brains make so many more connections compared to neurotypicals', we often bring enormous creativity, passion, and divergent ideas.  But I didn’t always think this way.

For most of my life, I overcompensated for my executive functioning deficits by working twice as hard and long as others. I was under a state of constant stress. And I bet your child knows what that feels like.

My goal is to be the coach and mentor I wish I had when I was younger.

Let's Connect

Nearly 20 Years

I've devoted my life to reaching and teaching young people.

In my professional roles as a high school teacher and college professor, I've mastered the ability to help people ignite their motivation, problem-solve, and attain their goals.

My nearly 20 years in the classroom taught me about the powerful challenges students with ADHD experience in school systems that weren't designed for their brains.

I offer a deep understanding of how high schools and colleges work, including how 504 plans, IEPs, or accommodations can be maximized. My experience spans private, public, and virtual school settings.

Together, we can utilize school resources and self-advocacy skills to give your student an easier, more enjoyable, and successful school experience.
