8 Week College Accelerator Program

8-week small group coaching for college bound students  June 16 - Aug 4

College can be exciting—and overwhelming. For many students, especially those challenged by executive functioning, the transition is filled with hidden hurdles that traditional orientations simply don’t prepare them for.

That’s where The College Accelerator comes in.

I'm a former college professor, professional educator, and coach with two decades of experience working directly with young adults. I built this program to help your student thrive, not just survive, their first or second year.

I’ve coached dozens of students through the emotional, academic, and executive functioning challenges of college. What I’ve learned is this: students struggle because no one ever taught them how to navigate college in a way that actually works for their brain.

This program changes that.

💡 Neuro-Inclusive by Design
Unlike standard college prep programs, this one is made for all kinds of brains: neurotypical, ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, and more. Whether your student has a formal diagnosis or just finds traditional systems frustrating and hard to follow, they will feel seen and supported here.

🧠 Built on Real Skills That Stick
We’ll focus on practical tools for time management, self-advocacy, organization, and emotional regulation—always taught in a way that honors how their brain works best. Click here to see the curriculum and skill outcomes.

💬 Connection-Focused & Confidence-Boosting
Small group coaching (max of 5 students) means your student gets personal attention, a sense of belonging, and a chance to share and grow with others who get it.

For All Brains

"Working with Cat has genuinely been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel seen and heard and validated and understood. Cat teaches you how to turn your ADHD traits into strengths while also acknowledging how difficult and frustrating they can be.
She is so much fun to work with."
-Mason Y, University of North Carolina
